Xbox One S (Old Gen) connectivity issues

Good day EA,

I believe that FC26 is supposed to be the pinnacle of online entertainment but we are hard done in South Africa with very poor server connections, we are only able to enjoy the game at around 23H00 CAT onwards, which is very late for any normal person living in South Africa,  before that time the game pings spike well over 200ms, making gameplay difficult and very frustrating… 

Can you kindly fix this issue?
