Xbox Series X

Hi all, 

Around 48 hours ago i was playing the gauntlet mode, into the 2nd game after winning the first, won my first game 8-4, kicked me out at the end of the game, it didnt count as a loss when i logged back in so wasnt too fussed as these things do happen, played the game again, won 10-1, kicked me out again. Left it a couple of hours and logged back in cos it was getting rather annoying, started up another game in gauntlet and matched against some proper sweatbag and found myself 4-0 down after about 15 mins, not going to hide the fact this left me a bit annoyed especially as i had won the previous 2 attempts but got DC'd so i turned the game off in the style of a typical rage quitting p***y.

I havent been able to load the game back up since, i just cant get past the loading screen where it shows the message "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment...... blah blah blah" , i can access Ultimate Team on another account on the same console, i can also still log into ultimate team on fc25 and also pro clubs and the companion app without any issues at all so i know its not my connection and doesnt seem to be any kind of ban situation. I have also uninstalled, reinstalled, tried loading up the xbox one version but nothing works.

Does anyone have any ideas if there is a fix for this, been onto chat and they have confirmed that they are looking into the issue but no idea how long it will take to fix.
