You are not actively playing the game bug!

Today i have a many times this problem. When I entered the match (rivals), I could never control or play my players.  There is no problem with my internet connection. My gamepad is xbox controller and all update is done. The problem I am experiencing is as shown in the image.

 "you are not actively playing the game".

How can i fix it. Pls help me. Have a good game plays.

    I had the same issue, 'not actively playing the game...' pop up and then not disappear during  Champs game. I was able to control the players, but as the message pop up takes up a significant proportion of middle of the screen, I was unable to compete in the match and had to quit. Is there a solution? Is my progress recoverable?
