18,500 EA FC 26 Points again robbed from me!

So here we are again. I had this issue before which never got resolved and after weeks of trying to resolve the issue and banging my head against the wall I decided to just swallow the £92 loss and accept I wasn’t getting my 18,500 points for EA FC 26 on Xbox.

HOWEVER, here we are again! So I spend a lot of money on ultimate team and always do, I think I am at over £2k spent this year 99% of the time always purchased through ultimate team however as many will know you earn Microsoft points everytime you purchase points so eventually I rack up enough points to warrant a £25 Xbox gift card. I chose to redeem this back in December and then purchase 18,500 points through the Xbox store which then never showed up in my ultimate team account, yes my accounts are all linked correctly. I then tried to contact EA support and Microsoft support for weeks with no luck at all and just continuous automated messages so eventually I gave up and took the £92 loss.

Fast forward to today and the exact same thing has just happened, card has been charged, no points in my account and again I am at a £92 loss. Well I guess I’m now at a £184 loss to EA which is a multi billion dollar company and yet can’t give people what they pay for!

    Sorry to hear that the FC Points you've purchased haven't been credited.

    I see you've already tried contacting EA support and Microsoft support, which is good because they would have the right tools and resources to investigate this. If it's been over 24 hours since the purchase, please try contacting our support team again using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page. You'll want to include your proof of purchase, the time of purchase, and other details that prove those points should be in your account. If you can find the proof from that prior purchase as well, you can definitely also flag that again, though preferably in a separate case.

    Hi,

    I do appreciate the response however I have already logged a case for the previous incident and kept getting the same response over and over again. Am I actually going to be speaking to a human who will actually look into both of these incidents and have my account reimbursed with the 37,000 ea fc points I am owed?

    We do have humans reviewing all the cases that come through, even though they sound similar.

    I'm afraid we can't guarantee anything, but submitting a case is the best course of action at this point. Of course the more proof you can provide, the better. 

  • I once had the same issue. I contacted ea. I provided proof of the purchase, transaction id and pictures.  I got a reply one month later saying they would investigate the issue. Case got put to solved...yet there was no points added to my account and no further reply. I questioned it and got told the case was solved. To this day I still dont know what happened with my fifa points.
