Appeal stuck since january 6th. What to do?
My case has been stuck since January 6th with the status "waiting for translation". How long will this take - I wrote the appeal in English?
I have requested DSAR several times since January 2nd and only received data logs for Apex Legends (a game I haven't played since 2019). The reason I have requested several times is because they (looks like a standard email) refused to send data, which is illegal (EU, GDPR).
I have received a warning and lost access to the transfer market because the AI bot thinks I have bought coins due to two Winter Wildcard sales (under 100k each). I have NEVER bought coins or participated in coin distribution. ToS (real human) would be able to see that if they bothered to take a look at my case.
Even the penalty history is empty but TM is still looked…
