I was playing earlier today but every time I finished a game it kicked me out of ultimate team and when I go back in the game didn’t count. Now I can’t even get into ultimate team, I connect to ea servers but it just sends me back to the main menu when I click into ultimate team. I was playing the gauntlet on the last round.

Could you try a full power cycle of the console. Shut it down completely, disconnect it from the power socket, wait about a minute, and then sign back in?
EA_QueenBee i can’t log into the companion app, it says I’m still logged into ultimate team on my console, but that’s the whole issue I can’t get into ultimate team on my console or the companion app, so I’m a bit stuck.

EA_QueenBee i tried the steps in that article about deleting potentially corrupt files and that also didn’t work.

EA_QueenBee It lets me connect to the ea servers, but when I click on ultimate team it loads for 5 seconds then it says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu”
