Can’t play online matches
I pre ordered FC26 to be able to play early and till now I can’t play any matches for rivals & rush neither online tournaments. Every time i tries to play there is black window displays in the middle...

Community ManagerHey UnitedMadrid Could you please clear your console’s cached data and see if that helps? To do this, hold the power button to fully shut down your PS5, unplug it for 1–2 minutes, and then restart it.

Hey I have tried all the steps and I still have the same issue so What should I do at this issue it has been a week since the pre order and I can’t play a proper game at rivals! Seeking your urgent help.
