Can’t get into ultimate team

Just to check, are you getting an error when you try to log in to Ultimate Team? If so, what does it say?

Can you try following the steps in this article to delete potentially corrupt files within your game?

EA_QueenBee​ It lets me connect to the ea servers, but when I click on ultimate team it loads for 5 seconds then it says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu”

ok, did you check if you made the latest updated? and restart the consol.

What issue are you having when you try to log into the apps? djasb24​ shared a trick that's helped a lot of people with similar issues in the past, it'd be great if we could get you to try it.

EA_QueenBee​ i can’t log into the companion app, it says I’m still logged into ultimate team on my console, but that’s the whole issue I can’t get into ultimate team on my console or the companion app, so I’m a bit stuck.
