Completed SBC but player is not in my club

I completed the Sofia Wilson SBC. Upon completing the final 84 squad, I did not get an animation of her entering the club. I tried to open a pack I had saved to see if I would get the ‘items pending’ screen but the pack opened as normal. I now have no Sofia Wilson in my club. Tried to reset ultimate team and my ps5, still no player. Any advice anyone?
