Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.

Hello,

 

I want to explain exactly what happened before my account stopped working in Ultimate Team.

 

In the Ultimate Gauntlet 5 mode:

 

  • In Match 1, I used my normal squad.
  • In Match 2, I changed the entire squad and used different players.
  • But when I went to Match 3, I noticed that I could use some of the players from Match 1 again.
  • I didn’t know this was a problem — I was just surprised that the game allowed it.
  • So I entered Match 3 using some of the players from Match 1, and the match started normally without errors.

 

 

Right after this, my account started having issues and I could no longer enter Ultimate Team at all. I am not saying this feature is forbidden in the mode, but it clearly seems like something glitched specifically for my account.

 

I believe this glitch may have corrupted something on my Ultimate Team data, because since that moment I keep getting:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.”

 

Please check my account for any corrupted Ultimate Team data or anything that needs to be reset on your side, because other accounts on the same device work normally — the problem is clearly on my EA account only.

  • I have the same problem. And the same conclusion. In other words we have find what ea should have found, the problem. Can they fix it now or do we have to come up with that solution as well? Joke man.
