Customer Support is Woeful and so is Rivals

I keep winning my rivals matches and then getting disconnected and not gaining my Rivals points nor my evolution levels. 

Can this game ever do something right?

I’ve tried to go to customer support and it just sends me in the same loop every time with no help at all. This is just embarrassing at this point. I am sick of it 

Is there anything I can do?
