DISCONNECTED FROM MATCHES- DNF MODIFIER

I have been disconnected multiple times from ea server while playing FC 26 Ultimate Team while winning and its really annnoying because this is affecting my DNF modifier and in my last match i won and the opponent left the match and then it happened again and when i got back in it had made my win inneligble due to me “leaving the match” even tho when i disconnected it was already over and this is really affecting my gameplay and it seems other people also has this issue. Tried to contact EA but they didnt help me AT ALL and just told me it was my fault even tho i have tried everything and i know its not my fault. Does someone else have this issue. This might also be the worst service i have ever gotten from a game studio i had 3 agents talk to me and 1 left that was my fault. Second didnt even help just told me a bunch of stuff that didnt help and kept repeating it even tho i said that doesnt work and left. And the last one read everything and just left, she didnt even say anything. Could anyone from support or something help me with my DNF modifier and/or the rewards ive lost because of this
