EA not applying fut upgrades

I don't know if EA have forgot about Francisco Moura Fut Fantasy but he isn't getting the upgrades he should. For example FC porto have had a clean sheet and he hasn't had his 2 playstyle upgrade. The card was activated on February 20th and FC Porto got a clean sheet by beating Rio Ave 1-0 on February 22nd

As far as I know, to achieve a clean sheet upgrade, a player needs to play a minimum of 60 minutes. In the game you are referring to on 22 February, Francisco Moura did not play.

I have cross-checked on FUTBIN, and they have also not marked a clean sheet for him.
