EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5 - FUT disconnects causing penalties

I’m getting repeated disconnects in FUT on PS5 in EA SPORTS FC 26.
I’m using Ethernet, and my PS5/overall internet connection stays online. The disconnects happen only in FUT, including when entering Ultimate Team and during matches. I’m also getting disconnect warnings and match penalties even though the disconnect isn’t my fault.

What I’ve already checked:

  • Ethernet connection
  • standard connection troubleshooting
  • issue does not affect my full console connection
  • problem appears to be FUT-specific

 

my interface has become slow too. This started a week ago. I have exhausted standard reboot, rebuild database, clear cache, reinstall, delete squad, depete profile.. nothing’s working. Help.

    Just like me EA_Hux​ , I’ve been experiencing the same thing in almost every game—I keep getting disconnected—and it’s really frustrating, especially toward the end of this week.

    I’ve also followed all the troubleshooting guides, from restarting the router to changing the DNS settings, but nothing has made a significant difference. Is this because of the EA FC 26 server, or is it my own issue?

    Sorry to hear you are still receiving disconnections. 

    I see you exhausted connectivity troubleshooting steps. Could you use the EA connectivity tool and share a screenshot of the results here ? This way we will be able to see what is happening.
