Just to check; if you look at your purchase in the services screen, does it have a 1 or a 0 next to remaining? You can find it by following these steps:
- PlayStation®5: Settings > Users And Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Games and apps services > GAME. Select the game to display the content.
- PlayStation®4: Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service List > GAME. Select the game to display the content.
