The FUT Birthday evo card type does not give you a chemistry boost; it is normal chemistry. In contrast, End of an Era (EoE) had an Icon-level chemistry boost. Since you evolved it into another card type i.e. FUT birthday evo card type, the EoE chemistry boost was lost.
The only way to fix the chemistry is to get a card type that gives you a chemistry boost, like Positional Excellence, World Tour, or Fantasy Captain Icon etc.
