FUT Champions rewards not received (-1)

Hello,

I played FUT Champions in EA SPORTS FC and completed 15 matches.

After finishing the last match, my rewards did not appear.

In the Champions screen it shows "-1" instead of the rewards.

Platform: PlayStation

Please check my account and grant the missing rewards.
