Gauntlet Game 4 Disconnect - No Rewards

Can someone EA please review my case here and award me of the robbed gauntlet objectives? I refuse to re-enter the tournament or continue with this game if things can't be made right.

Completely inexplicable disconnect in the final seconds of what would've been a 4-0 gauntlet tournament, final seconds of game 4 where I'm up by 3 goals the game abruptly disconnects for NO REASON. Home internet completely fine, I'm immediately able to re-join the game, and I get a disconnect warning. No rewards, nothing. A big middle finger and telling me to replay an entire tournament round and HOPE I go undefeated again. (First gauntlet tournament I went 3-1.)

Screen recordings attached of the disconnection, reconnection, objectives, and a quick error I'm seeing when loading into ultimate team. That error was there yesterday before the patch, when the disconnection happened, and since the patch went live overnight. Still allows me to load in, etc., just hadn't noticed that red text warning yet.

I've had enough of this, completely inexplicable, and refuse to continue to play unless EA can make this right and award the objectives I'm owed? I've contacted EA help and they could do nothing, this is my first time reaching out here (or to help), cause I've finally had enough with the random issues and glitches in this game series. 

Please make this right, if not, I'm done after years of wasting my time and money on his franchise. Enough is enough.
