Hi, I have already looked into this issue and tried everything possible. This seems to be a technical server problem. While Season Pass access is less important to me right now, I need help removing those two Evo bugs, as they are my main concern. They are blocking my game progress, and I can't open any packs or make purchases. I reinstalled the game and downloaded it again, but I still encounter the Evo bugs.
Details:
I even tried downloading the PS4 version to see if I could resolve the issue there. I can access the Pass, but the Evo bugs persist in the PS4 version as well. Now, I’m facing problems with SBC and completing the Future Star content because of these bugs. This is very frustrating. I need technical support to remove those two Evos; otherwise, I can't continue playing this game. Thank you.
