Ea please help me out here so i know what i did was stupid and i should have known but in the season pass i got to level 30 and left my reward unclaimed because i was scared i would accidentally ope...

Sorry to hear you weren't able to choose the actual reward you had intended to grab here.
I'm afraid we are not able to reverse or exchange in-game rewards once they're received, so unfortunately swapping that out won't be possible. We can certainly pass along feedback that it would have been nice to still have the option once the pass ends in those situations, but this isn't anything we could retroactively change sadly.
