Inability to enter ultimate team

Have I been suspended for sniping and not getting anyone for an hour?! Why have I been locked out for 45 minutes? Please tell me this is only temporary

I'm planning a match online when I score a gola to win the game disconnected and said my internet was disconnected but that's bullset. This is not the first time !!
