EA FC Connection Issue Since 1 PM (Unable to Access Online Features

I have been unable to connect to EA FC online services since 1:00 PM today until now (7:32 PM). The game keeps showing a connection error and I cannot access any online features. My internet connection is working normally, and another player I know is experiencing the same issue at the same time.

    ive had the same problem for 4 days tried everything and nothings working and the ea help bot is absolutely useless
