Missing FC Points – FC 26 Ultimate Edition (Steam)

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition three weeks ago, and I have not received the first batch of FC Points. No points have been added to my account at all.

I need the FC Points for the Team of the Year event. I have contacted you more than six times, and my issue has still not been resolved, and I have not received any response.

I paid 150 SAR for the FC Points, but I have not received any points for the past three weeks.

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition through Steam, and I am certain that I bought the highest edition of FC 26.

Please respond and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I do not want my money to be lost without receiving anything in return.
