Missing Icon Swap Tokens Anyone Else?
I’m missing 3 Icon Swap tokens. I was very careful and I’m 100% sure I didn’t discard them or submit them into any SBC by mistake.
I completed the objectives and expected to have the full amount in my club, but when I went to use them, I realized that 3 were missing.
Because of this, I now can’t complete the Ronaldo SBC, which is extremely frustrating after putting in all that time and effort.
Is anyone else missing 3 tokens? Has anyone actually received a fix or compensation from EA?
Any help or update would be appreciated.
how did you contact them ? email or live chat ? its a joke - if it doesn't get sorted never playing this game again and i've been playing it since 1996 for my sins
I contacted them through live chat on EA Help. They gave me a case number and said the issue is being investigated by the game team, but they couldn’t give any exact timeline.
Yeah, it’s really frustrating… I’ve been playing for years too, so I hope they actually fix this.
