how did you contact them ? email or live chat ? its a joke - if it doesn't get sorted never playing this game again and i've been playing it since 1996 for my sins
I contacted them through live chat on EA Help. They gave me a case number and said the issue is being investigated by the game team, but they couldn’t give any exact timeline.
Yeah, it’s really frustrating… I’ve been playing for years too, so I hope they actually fix this.
