Today I suppose to receive the Elite 1 Rewards like 15000 coins and all the related packages but unfortunately I received Elite 2 rewards 12000 coins and its related packages.

16 played match my score was more than 28500.
The support said the issue is from there side and I suppose to open a chat here.
All my efforts is gone.
28500 isn’t enough for Elite 1. You got the correct rewards

29,999 still isn’t enough for Elite 1. And moving to 1-200 is probably a lie, but even if true, it doesn’t mean you stay there
Your points at 7am UK time on Sunday are what counts. Reaching Elite 1 on Saturday still means other players have a chance to beat your score and make the threshold for Elite 1 even greater
I get on average 35k points, normally a bit more averaged.
I make elite 1 every week with that, and I’m not in the top 200.
to get that I play 2 matches on WC and 2 on legendary. I also play the bonus games like the TOTW and promo club on legendary. I win 98% of the games, and normally a minimum of 3-0 and up. I do get a few shockers mixed in when AI goes crazy and win 5-3 etc. but remember every goal you let in you are punished about 300 points I think
only thing that I think should happen is, if I win say 6-1 I should get maximum points because I’ve won by 5 goals. But EA insists that score is max 5 goals for points
