Stand still gameplay, AI issues

Dear EA,

Issue Overview:

Since recent updates, the teammate AI has become completely unresponsive, leading to a "standing still" gameplay experience that is effectively unplayable. In both: multiplayer and AI single player.

Key Issues Identified:

• Static Teammate AI: Friendly players are failing to make basic runs or track opponents, often remaining stationary even when offensive or defensive transitions are triggered.
• Input Failure: Core mechanics—specifically shooting and tackling—are frequently failing, creating a significant disconnect in the gameplay. Simply put, 'no action' has become the best action. I may be wrong, but playing a game should involve pressing buttons and active engagement; however, the current state of the game actively punishes proactive play.
• AI Imbalance: There is a jarring discrepancy between the user's AI and the opponent's AI. Opponents exhibit perfect positioning and "super-speed" recovery, while user teammates appear to have "switched off" entirely. Why is it that one side gets to play with very well performing AI and the other team has the AI completely switched off. 
• Defensive Passivity: 

  Defensive players are refusing to close gaps or engage in marking, allowing opponents to bypass the midfield with zero resistance. On top of that, they abandon their positions in a bizarre fashion and at the worst possible timing. This again suggests severely under-powered AI logic rather than a connectivity issue.

Expected Behavior:

Teammate AI should actively support the user by filling passing lanes and making intelligent runs based on selected tactics, but this is currently not the case. Manual inputs for shooting and tackling must be prioritized and performed properly according to card stats and playstyles to maintain competitive integrity. This is simply not happening; please fix it.

Conclusion:

This level of AI under-performance has broken the core gameplay loop, rendering the game literally unplayable. I am requesting a formal investigation into the current AI logic and calibration to restore basic functionality and play-ability.
