Transfer ban

Hi I recently have been hit with a transfer I have made several appeals denied because they think I was doing wrong but its alright for everyone else to buy buy coins on various websites and get away with it and im the one that gets banned and they wont unban im thinking of quitting fc26 all together and never playing ea games again so frustrated

    EA_QueenBee​ as a community manager you should do something. This also happened in december. It’s not random that people are getting banned at the same time.

    This just proves that the customer is never right being wrongly banned yet people all over YouTube buy coins on various websites and get away with  its so totally wrong

    There are about 10 posts in last few hours about wrongfully transfer market ban... and they take no action

    I know I did nothing wrong I have no prove but I know I just made profit from the futbin prices going up and down and they wont un ban me really un fair ive had to seek counselling because its stressing me my have to get a solicitor involved

    A transfer market ban tends to be permanent for the version of the game you get it on, unless it's overturned by our terms of service team.

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You can always reach out to our terms of service team again, but if they decide that the ban was justified on your account mutliple times then I'm afraid it's likely that it will stay on the account.
