Ultimate gauntlet 8 DISCONNECTION BUG

every game I play disconnects at the end and kicks me out of ultimate team. If I win, lose, they quit or I quit. I automatically get booted from ultimate. Is there a fix ? I tried uninstalling the game and re downloading it but nothin. Am I really gonna miss the best rewards of the year because of this bull!

    Hey all, if you continue to see issues with Ultimate Gauntlet 8 then can you grab the following

    • Platform
    • ISP
    • Region
    • Timestamp of when issue occurred

    Did you ever get a fix for this? Experiencing the same issues and can’t get the score in 12 complete..

    I'm having the same issue, it stopped at score 9 goals for me and cant complete the score 12.

    19:25 23-01-2026 GMT +3  (and over 10-15 attempts over the course of last 18 hours - probably will try a few tricks again) 

    Game kicks me out of ultimate team when guantlet 3rd game is completed or even if i try to quit the game from the menu with message: Unable to connect to ultimate team at the moment ....

  • I’m having this issue too. Would’ve finished gauntlet rewards already but I don’t get credit for the game after playing.

    I cannot connect into the Ultimate team. It started 2 days ago when I was playing gauntlet, I win 2 out od 3 marches but when I was winning my 3rd game and my opponent disconnected I got kicked out of Ultimate Team, then when I came back suddenly I could play with my first gauntlet squad, but I wanted to win with my 3rd so I started a game and got kicked out again after I won im full time. This happened 4 more times. I tried with first squad but its happened again. I reseted the game and tried rivals and it worked for it. But when I tried gauntlet it showed again. Then I though I could disconnet alt+F4 after I concede a goal, and now I cant event log into the Ultimate team. Please help me, I am so lost and I dont know what to do

    Here are the details from my side:

    • Platform: PlayStation
    • ISP: STC (Fiber)
    • Region: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
    • Timestamp of issue: Today at 8:15 PM (KSA time)

    To reiterate, the Rivals match was fully completed and finished as a win. The disconnection occurred after the final whistle, while exiting the match / Ultimate Team, and was clearly a server-side issue. Despite that, the match was incorrectly counted as a loss with reduced rewards, which is not acceptable.

    Happy to provide any additional details if required.

    “The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later“

     

    I‘ve been getting this message for the last 3 days after every gauntlet match. I get no progression, no wins, nothing. Tried everything to fix it (starting the router, starting the ps5 for 50 times, logout login etc.) but nothing workes. It has been 3 days and it‘s pissing me of. How do I/we fix this issue?

    Tried the potential solution that was mentioned in the comments and it didn‘t work, still can‘t play gauntlet. I don‘t think we‘ll have a solution soon. It‘s funny, i want to play this game but the game itself doesn‘t allow me to play it, and we can‘t have a solution from the devs lmao.
