Unable to connect to Ultimate team

I am writing to follow up on an ongoing issue that has now persisted for over a week without resolution. I am unable to connect to EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on my PlayStation 5, despite having a fully functional and stable internet connection.
My Wi-Fi works properly and allows me to access all other game modes without any issues; however, Ultimate Team will not connect on my PS5. I have completed extensive troubleshooting steps, including restarting my console, deleting and reinstalling the game, and rebuilding the PS5 database, but none of these actions have resolved the problem.
To further isolate the issue, I logged into EA FC 26 on my Xbox using the same EA account and the same Wi-Fi network, and Ultimate Team connected and functioned normally. This strongly suggests that the issue is specific to the PlayStation platform or a platform-related account configuration rather than my internet connection.
At this point, I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly reviewed for any flags, restrictions, or platform-specific issues that may be preventing access to Ultimate Team on PS5. I live in the United States, my PlayStation Network ID is upbeat-wax387, and my FIFA ID is fifabox25.
