UT SINGLEPLAYER DRAFT CRASH

I was doing a single-player draft in Ultimate Team mode. I won 3 out of 4 matches, but when I entered the last match, the opposing team appeared as deleted, automatically disconnecting me. I tried to eliminate myself by entering and exiting the match. However, because I exited before the kickoff, it didn't count as a loss. I submitted a ticket to EA support, but got no results. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it's still not working. My opponent money and victories are wasted, and it seems I won't be able to do a single-player draft again.
