I'm still waiting for my account to be unlocked. The TOS team is on their Christmas holiday, while I'm missing out on the huge Winter Wildcards promo... This is absolutely ridiculous.
lmk when they unlock your account so i can have some type of time frame for when it should happen to me. they are so poor when it comes to helping out. i contacted ea live chat just now and even the agent didnt know what was going on or how to fix it and when i said to him that could he try contact the tos team and see what’s happening he goes that would be hard and it would be easier for him not to and then proceeded to end the chat on me when i asked is he serious. it’s honestly a joke how they deal with things and provide zero to no help

Just as I said, the customer service agents on EA Live Chat and the TOS team are completely separate departments, so asking the support staff about this is basically useless communication. I've been playing this game since FIFA 20 and have pre-ordered it every year, but after this year, there's no way I'm pre-ordering again. This company is beyond ridiculous. The user agreement states that there's no compensation for wrongful bans, but the real issue is that this game only has about 7 months of actual playtime each year, while resolving a false ban takes over half a month—it's utterly laughable. Players buy the game, spend money on FC Points, and in return get service like this. It really goes to show that FC players must enjoy being messed around by EA.
