xbox ultimate edition haven't got advanced pass

hello ,I have pre-ordered the fc26 ultimate edition on 7/24 ,as agreenment i should get advanced pass for free, but I haven't got it , so I have to paid 1000 green point on 9/20, please check if can return the 1000 green point after solve the issue
