Do we have the right to know the fate of the hacker we reported
Do we have the right to know the fate of the hacker we reported, or is the report and supposed investigation a lie?
I’ve encountered a bunch of hackers since the start of the game and reported a lot of them. But then I get a thank-you email telling me that because of company policies, they can’t tell me the outcome of the investigation?
This is unfair and makes us feel like the company doesn't impose any penalties and just mocks us when we report things.
The most important thing is that in this match I faced 6 people using the same cheating method, which is controlling 10 players from my team, and every time the ball goes out or a goal is scored. ...
Don't I have the right to claim compensation from the company when I report any FUT Champion hack? I don’t work in security for you; I report it so that I can get compensated for these cases, which are basically errors in your protection system.
I reported 6 cases of cheating in FUT Champion and in the last case I asked for a clear compensation, whether it was packs, FIFA points, or FUT tokens. In the thank-you message that comes two days after reviewing the case, no compensation is mentioned. Does the compensation also go against your company’s policies?
I’ve attached one of the cases for you to check.
