I spent three days messaging support about this issue, and all they told me was that they’d passed it on and I just have to wait XD
Why do other technical support threads get replies from EA engineers or community moderators, while this critical thread has received no attention or resolution from any official EA staff? This is extremely frustrating.
Moreover, we have been unable to sell players for many days and missed numerous trading opportunities. This has caused irreversible coin losses for every player affected by this bug. If this issue is not fixed promptly, it is highly unfair to us and seriously violates our legitimate rights.
