Carrer mode gameplay is glitching

When I started my manager career save, I played normally throughout the season; I was enjoying the game when suddenly, after 0.1 seconds of stuttering, the game slowed down. The players are sluggish, their reactions are delayed, and both the players and the ball are glitching. In every other career save, this happens in the very first match I play. It’s completely impossible to play like this – everything’s broken. Physics ceases to exist. I’m playing with realistic gameplay, with minor adjustments – for example, I’ve reduced the inaccuracy of ball control and lowered the frequency of injuries. Even when I switch the sliders to ‘competitive’, the reactions and interactions with the ball and the players are glitchy and unnatural. The game looks like total chaos. I uninstalled the game five times and reinstalled it, but it didn’t help at all
