Players are slow and sluggish even if they are fast. Account was hacked

Hey my account was recently hacked but was able to get my coins that I had lost.
I’ve now attempted to play a game on career , ultimate team , the grounds and kick off against friends.
in all games my fastest players are running like they are stuck in mud. They turn very sluggish and never had this issue until the day I got hacked.
I would like some sort of solution as I’ve basically paid for ultimate plus and can’t even play due to Ea having no anti cheat policy.
I’ve checked all my connections which are absolutely fine and the only issue I have is with fc27.
