PS4 Slim freezes and stutters every few seconds, even in offline matches

I am experiencing severe performance issues in EA SPORTS FC 27 on a PS4 Slim.

The game freezes/stutters approximately every 5–10 seconds during matches. The problem is not limited to online modes or menus — it also happens in completely offline matches with the console disconnected from the internet.

I have already tried the following:

• Restarting the PS4.
• Rebuilding the PS4 database in Safe Mode.
• Checking that the game is fully updated to the latest version.
• Confirming that there is plenty of free storage space (around 530 GB).
• Testing the game with the internet completely disconnected.

The offline test is particularly important: the game initially works normally, but during an offline match it starts freezing/stuttering every few seconds. This makes the game extremely difficult to play.

The PS4 itself works normally in the system menus and other games. The issue appears to be specific to FC 27.

I would appreciate it if the development team could investigate the performance and stuttering issues on PS4 Slim, as the game is currently almost unplayable for me.
