Ultimate team connection error

"Switch linked but gets connection error. Cleared all local data. Need advisor to find any old/ghost-linked EA IDs tied to my Nintendo ID."

When I click ultimate team in fc27, it loads for 1 minute.And then it just says the connection error stuff
