While you publicly expressed your appreciation for reaching 5 million subscribers, you failed to provide any fair or meaningful rewards to your player base, despite continuing to generate revenue through the contributions of players like myself. Subsequently, you distributed 200 draft tickets free of charge under the justification of a “bug,” even though many players had invested significant time and financial resources without being able to obtain such benefits through legitimate means.
This situation constitutes a clear imbalance and raises serious concerns regarding fairness, transparency, and the protection of consumer rights. As a paying user who has made considerable financial sacrifices, I find it unacceptable that my time, effort, and financial investments are effectively devalued by such actions.
Accordingly, I hereby formally request that you take immediate corrective action. Specifically, you are required to:
Provide the same compensation to all affected users without exception; or
Fully reverse (rollback) the effects of the incident; or
Issue appropriate refunds for the financial expenditures incurred by users under these conditions.
Please be advised that offering minimal or symbolic compensation (such as a limited number of draft tickets or in-game currency) will not be considered an adequate resolution and will not be accepted.
Should this matter remain unresolved, I reserve all my legal rights and will proceed with formal complaints before consumer protection authorities and all relevant regulatory bodies. I am fully prepared to submit documented evidence, including payment records and proof of the incident, and to initiate legal proceedings against your organization without further notice.
