Despite my last transaction going through, I keep getting this so I can't make further purchases. Does anyone have idea how to fix this issue ?

Having the same issue. I was able to buy points before the new season update (I would occasionally get the error but it would work if I repeated it a couple times), but now every single time I get the error you posted.
If you have the volume on when you get the error it sounds like the button is being pressed twice really fast and so maybe it's refusing it because it thinks you're trying to buy a second time before it can process the first. I've reached out to EA help in game and they asked me to clear cache, reinstall the app, hard reset, etc -- all stuff I had already tried with no success. Very frustrating since this was working before the update and you think they'd want us to be able to give them money lol
Need help with this error. It won't allow another purchase due to last transcation.

I contacted customer service in-game about this but they directed me here via link, I'm really confused cause I won't be able to purchase the coming star pass of fc mobile and its becoming really frustrating
