Bug crónicas de heroes

Today I entered the game excited because I was going to get Hamsik from Chronicles of Heroes, I was missing 20 tokens, I claimed the first 10 free tokens and when I went to the heroes test section I did the whole route the same as I always do and it bugged in the last reward and it wouldn't let me claim the final reward even though I had already spent the tokens, it wouldn't let me advance. If you could fix it, Adrian, would you be doing a favor to me and to the entire FC community who want to take advantage of this event, thank you.
