Bug Report: Kick Off Missions Missing from Activity Tab

I can't even see it from day 1 of toty and I knew it taht there was an event going on after 3 days 

I am talking to customer service of game but they aren't also helping what can I even do they reply me in 2 days giving an article link and there is no kick off mission problem and I did re installed the game deleted the data and cache than also
