Bug report on VSA

For some reason, whenever I am playing VSA and I reach a certain star and try to play another match I always get logged out. After the resource reach 100% there is always a message stating that I should reconnect or free up storage space. My network is always stable and I also have a lot of storage. I have tried all the solutions EA costumer services gave me but is still continuing. It stops at first and it will continue again. This started Yesterday

    Hey UnknownDIY​. Sorry to hear you’re running into this error message in VSA matches. I’m not sure which troubleshooting steps you’ve already gone through with the support team, so please try these first and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    • Run the FC Mobile Mobile Troubleshooting Guide for your device.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache before trying VSA again.
    • Make sure both the FC Mobile app and your phone OS are fully updated.
    • If possible, test it using a different network
