Can not find my packed player from draft .

Today I tried 15 draft vouchers and got Carragher.

But a few minutes later while I was playing a match my game got stuck in the half time . Then I refreshed fc mobile and when I opened my account again ,the Carragher player item was gone.

I even took a screenshot of the player item to show my friend .

Hey there. Are you sure you haven't accidentally used that item in Rank Up or Exchanges, especially if Quick Add was selected? Restart the game and double-check your inventory, just in case.
