Hi I am getting a bug to access the carnival event. I receive the welcome message (see screenshot) but then the screen gets stuck, I cannot scroll to the main or gallery chapter and cannot do anything else in the game either. So I need to force quit the game or restart my phone to play the other parts. In my other account I have no issue. What to do about this?

Good to know I'm not alone in this, thanks! Here next day also still the same.. hope it's solved soon because there are 14milestones for 14 days and you only get 1-2points per day max..
I’m having the same issue. Mr Belingham appeared every time I click carnival. Then freeze. Only can exit game
