Connection Issue in FC Mobile

I open the app then straight to 1 vs 1 match. The game was playing good no any problems with connection or anything else. So the match is over i took a win, claiming rewards and start find a match again and there is the problem. After i find an enemy when the loading screen before entrance  scene the game start broken and a notification appears containing "Error your connection is lost" But my internet is good, no lag or struggle. And after 7-10 minutes there a pop up notification say "your game vs **** is over* and when i check i lost my star... **bleep** so hard to get a star in high tier and it gone because a connection issue from the game not from me
