Connectivity issues

Further to what Pulsar said, just because your signal strength to either a cell tower or your Wi-Fi access point is good, it does not mean that your provider has good routing to your local EA server, or that their available bandwidth on the peering links is sufficient. Also, when it comes to H2H, it's a little bit more complex when it comes to connectivity between two players. Hey there. Could you please share a bit more information about this issue? Does it happen in all game modes? Do you see any error message, or does the game just freeze on that screen? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
