Hi I bought the star pass and the transaction happened but the game is still showing that I don't have the starpass, this is my first time to pay in a game and after around 12 euros got subtracted I cant even claim the rewards. VERY BAD EA👺.

Me too, I had problems claiming the rewards in the Premium Starpass and buying it. It doesn't let me claim the rewards in the Premium Starpass. Can you at least give Compensation for me!
