Draft exchange fix for my account

I have literally spend more than 70 draft but I can't pack a single 117 players my friends getting a 117 player at a first draft pack opening and also getting back to back 117 players after getting 117 in draft exchange please ea fix this problem or else I will delete the game as all this time I spend to collect the draft tokens is waste of time
